Student voice. Real leadership.

The CIS Student Council is an elected team representing learners across Grades 1–11. We amplify student voice, lead service and culture projects, and partner with school leadership to make campus life better.

What we do

  • Plan student events and assemblies
  • Lead service & charity initiatives
  • Gather feedback on learning and wellbeing
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive school culture

How it works

  • Structure: Head Girl, Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, Prefects
  • Elections: Held annually; one-year term
  • Meetings: Weekly with faculty advisors; monthly updates to the council chair

Join us

  • Open to all students in eligible grades (Grade 7 and above)
  • Nominate yourself, prepare a short speech, earn your peers’ vote
  • Lead with integrity, inclusion, and service
